Sounds familiar? Pizza Hut? Yes.. while I was writing the previous post, I was ordering Pizza. I called, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and 37 seconds. I’ve been on hold for hours before! Not just with Pizza Hut, with tons of places. I mean if my call is important to you, stop putting me on hold! This is how us customers get treated all over the world. With all those customer improvement programs, why do MAJOR problems get “improved”, and this get ignored.
I do keep a record of how long I’m on hold with Pizza Hut and here it is:
43 seconds
6 minutes, 2 seconds
5 seconds
21 seconds
34 minutes, 8 seconds
72 minutes (hung up eventually)
5 minutes and 37 seconds
Sickening IMO.
