Hello world!
Welcome to Random-is.me (also know as Shaibanii.com) – a place for anything and everything! It all random here, posts may seem to be about one topic, but then before you know it, we’re off to another! 
I’m Shaibani, a guy from Abu Dhabi U.A.E, who spends most of his time online and out with friends. Speaking of sports, yes I do play sports; Basketball to be specific. Yes, I’m a Lakers fan.
I first entered the web as a kid who wanted to start his own web site, and with no idea what X/HTML is. I tried Freewebs, fail. I found Piczo and started a little site about myself, then from that one page about wrestling on it, emerged an Undertaker fan site.
Soon after that (a year), the fan site moved to a proper host, and it got a domain and all. Then down it went 
During that whole time, I’ve been collecting, making, experimenting with, and using various bits of code, to put together my understanding of coding today. From taking the Firefox button code and changing it to make an image link (and saying that I’ll never understand what this is all about), to making my own WordPress themes; it’s been an awesome ride on the Internet!
I started off with blogging on March 2008, I stopped then I started, then I stopped and oh look… he’s at it again! Somebody stop him! The first time I started, the blog was about me, which wasn’t that interesting. Second time, it was with this domain and about me, and guess what, it wasn’t that interesting! Third time (Lucky number three; also my lucky number), this time, it’s going pretty well! I’ve got a few posts that I can’t believe I wrote (good and bad) and lots of interaction going on.
On the 17th of September, I, Shaibani, got my first WordPress theme approved; which isn’t that great (it’s very newbish lol). This was a huge accomplishment for me blogging and coding wise! Also, a week before this, I opened up a downloads section where various pieces of code are available for download for free and again, another thing accomplished!
On December 31st 2008, a few minutes away from 2009 (I didn’t spend it partying, in fact I ended 2008 in the toilet). I looked back, at the beginning of 2008. I had no idea how to create a link back then, I had to Google it! I thought to myself ‘Wow! I learned a lot this year!’. I also wondered what knowledge 2009 had in store for me.
Remember that WordPress theme I talked about a paragraph up? Yeah, good. Well, on the 4th of January 2009, it had surpassed the 1000 downloads point! Yet another accomplishment!
