What do you mean by site topic? like something for the site to be focused on instead of numerous ammount of things?

You know, to make the site focus on something abit different. Have a poll or forum asking people there favourite Historic person (or something else), and later on do a top 10 countdown, stating reasons why there in the top 10, so we can debate of some sort.
