Before I start this blog, I would just like to give a bit thank you and shoutout to Shaibani who allows me to use his own personal space for blogging about non-sensical things and issues that I have. Thus — I am here to blog about (as promised) the John Cena fiasco that is going on, with nobody knowing his “true status” and not knowing what to believe. Anyway, on to the blogging:

It all started in November of 2007, where pictures leaked on the Internet of John’s sudden proposal to Liz. Rumours were spreading like wildfire, and of course a part of the media had to at least get an inside scoop, and so it was that “Sky Sports Italy” got the first exclusive interview with John, shortly after his injury. Sky Sports conducted an interview with John Cena on Video and it was available for a short time on their site. However, here is an excerpt and sum up of the interview:

“Sky Sports in Italy sent in word that John Cena was in town to promote the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Cena taped a one hour interview with Luca and the folks at Sky that will air tomorrow at 6:30PM CET on Sky Sport 2. In the interview, Cena said that he’s hoping to be involved in some way shape or form at WrestleMania although a return to the ring in a wrestling role will not be happening until the next six months. Cena also talked about the rumored wedding which started after a website posted pictures of him proposing to his girlfriend. Cena said that while he and his girlfriend decided to get married sometime this year a few days before the injury, their relationship fell apart and he said that he’s single once again”

However, this was not enough for people to believe him, apparently John Cena’s word on things is just not enough (what the hell is up with that?). The interview shortly died down and people started to hate on Cena for telling lies, which I completely just don’t understand, I mean if someone says something about themselves, then you expect it to be true. Or at least normal people do.

Shortly after the interview was conducted more of the photos from the proposal leaked onto the Internet and people once again started talking and actually hated on Cena because he should tell the truth! So talk once arose again and people were absolutely sure that he was definitely seeing Liz again.

The talk continued and even more subjects arose, such as Liz even being pregnant, again – just rumors. What can one say? People just have too much time on their hand and like to speculate about rubbish.

Talk slowly started to die down, and while there were more one or two pictures being spread about by fakers on MySpace that got hold of them – people, obviously worried about the situation, got drawn in and actually believed this fakers, which by the way is one of the things that I greatly detest, I absolutely hate people who pretend to be someone else, famous or not. Its degrading and will certainly catch up with you.

However, it showed signs of dulling down and nothing more was said about it, however – WWE shortly noticed that John Cena and Mickie James were supposedly in a relationship off camera, and of course – being WWE had to get this out. They cut short promo’s with John Cena and Mickie James looking rather awkward and talking about their sexual antics, or referring too is more correct. The segments went on for a few weeks and they just looked more awkward on camera. Apparently from what several reliable sources were posting, John Cena and Mickie James had just recently come out of serious relationships and weren’t looking for anything serious – thus they just had a ‘fling,’ if you will.

It was noted that they had indeed broken up from their little relationship, so WWE phased out the (God Horrid) backstage segments between the two and they both went their separate ways. However, both are noted on Fan Nation as saying that the relationship should’ve gone on for longer and ended too soon. Whether it was ‘Kayfabe’ mention or not, I just can’t say. However most of the interviews or live blog sessions conducted are related to WWE things and they are not meant to go off topic.

People being people could not accept this and pictures soon leaked of Liz in a wedding dress, and fans being fans had to find someway to deny this. They make several good arguments (of which I agree), first of all John (at the date that the pictures were taken) was in a Boise, ID house show the same night and so couldn’t of got married and went off to work straight away… Who does that?

It has also been noted that the ring seems different after zooming in on the picture to the one that Cena gave her, which was another valid, good argument. Another that was made was the fact that Cena hasn’t taken time off recently to get married or anything. Normally — a wrestler would take time off, at least a week (ala. Randy Orton), people know Cena is a work-horse – but I’m sure he’d take time to get married.

And then it comes to the most recent, Cena on injury. Cena has been spotted at a few BaseBall games over the past couple of weeks and who is beside him? Answer: No-One. This doesn’t add up of course because people leaked pictures a few years ago of the couple at a baseball game, so why not now? People who attended the baseball game also noted that Cena was flirtatious towards girls, which again shows signs that he is single.

People just can’t seem to take the man’s word for anything anymore and keep accusing him of being a liar, which is wrong — because its being judgmental. I mean, very little people know the man personally and can’t say what he’s like. People should be able to take his word on the matter, or at least look at the sites that are reporting this rubbish. WrestleNewz, WrestleZone, etc. are absolutely rubbish and unreliable and will do anything for an ‘exclusive’ (usually back fires because all of the lower tier sites pick up on it and its around like wildfire), I’m serious when I say only believe the most reliable source. And I, myself have done research and have come to the conclusion that the three must have wrestling news (for truth and reliability) are WrestlingNewsWorld (best source), Gerweck.net and PWInsider. All of whom seem to have good links and their news is reliable.

Seriously all I can say on the matter is that you gotta take the guys word for it to be honest. And if you can’t do that – then your not a true fan.
