No! No! Calm down, you didn’t steal anything, nor is there stolen content here. 
But others who have no respect for the fact that I pay (and possibly, you) hard-earned money to receive high quality designs and coding, and it pisses me off that people steal them. I recently had an encounter with Mike of EvanBourne.net, who stole Big-Show.NET’s navigation CSS and the most annoying this was — that he never replied to any of my emails. Here is what I sent:
Hello Mike,
I have recently been visiting your site (EvanBourne.net) and I have noticed that you have stolen various things used over different fansites. For example, I look at your style.css and I see that it is the exact same on terms of navigation as mine is, I feel very, very annoyed at the fact due to the fact that I paid $25 for coding and to have it lifted and taken and just misused on your site is – I think very low of you. I’ve also noticed you have taken the style.css from Randy-Orton.com’s content boxes for news updates, its not my place to speak — but I know they work very hard on that site to produce aesthetically pleasing layouts and for you to lift stuff is, again low.

Hello Mike,
I have noticed that you haven’t responded to an email I sent several days ago. The least you could’ve done was responded or contacted me. Anyway, I feel I’ve given you a significant amount of time to reply back to my email and you have failed to do so, so I am going through your host (BlueHost) about the matter.

By the time I finished doing the screencaps etc. He put a new layout! Oh great, luckily I reported him to Exposed, so hopefully they’ll post something about it. Here is the cold hard proof:
Yes, unfortunately low-life people such as Mike are so dumb that they don’t read that this stuff is © Big-Show.NET. Plus why would people come to your site, if you copied the same thing as another site. Copying and having the same thing, are 2 VERY different things. Copying is an imitation, reproduction, or transcript of an original. Having the same thing is sort of like a coincidence and this as far as you can get from coincidence!
